Ik geef hierbij de Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam toestemming om elk kort werk van wetenschap dat ik tijdens mijn dienstverband bij de VU Amsterdam heb gepubliceerd en in de toekomst zal publiceren en dat voldoet aan de voorwaarden zoals omschreven in art. 25fa Auteurswet Open Access beschikbaar te stellen via de VU Research Portal). Ik kan op elk moment een werk uitsluiten van deze toestemming.

I hereby authorize Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam to publish any short scientific work that I have published or may in the future publish during my employment at the VU that meets the conditions as described in art. 25fa Open Access Copyright Act available through the VU Research Portal. I can exclude any work from this permission at any time.

De VU Amsterdam zal uitsluitend mijn wetenschappelijke artikelen, conference proceedings en hoofdstukken uit boeken of bijdragen in een ‘edited collection’ publiek beschikbaar maken en niet eerder dan zes maanden na datum van eerste openbaarmaking.

The VU Amsterdam will only make my scientific articles, conference proceedings and chapters from books or contributions in an edited collection publicly available and no earlier than six months after the date of the first publication.

De universiteit garandeert dat bij elke claim door derden tegen mij die het gevolg is van deze overeenkomst de universiteit mij juridisch en financieel zal steunen.

The VU Amsterdam warrants that for any third party claim against me resulting from this agreement, the VU Amsterdam will arrange for legal aid at the university’s expense.

In de mail die u ontvangt (nadat u dit formulier hebt verzonden) zit een link naar een formulier waarmee u specifieke publicaties kunt opgeven die u wilt uitzonderen van Open Access publicatie in het VU Research Portal.

In the mail you receive (after you have sent this form) there is a link to a form with which you can specify specific publications that you want to exclude from Open Access publication in the VU Research Portal.

Ik ben werknemer van de VU en heb alle gegevens correct en volledig ingevuld. Ik begrijp dat het verlenen van toestemming via internet dezelfde juridische status heeft als toestemming met een geschreven geldige handtekening.

I am an employee of the VU and have filled in all information correctly and completely. I understand that granting consent over the Internet has the same legal status as consent with a written valid signature.

Ik verklaar dat ik kennis heb genomen van alle voorwaarden van de volledige overeenkomst en ga daarmee akkoord.

I declare that I have read all the terms of the agreement and agree to all terms.
