Met dit formulier kun je je aanmelden als contractstudent voor vakken bij de School voor Religie en Theologie. Voor toelating tot het vak via contractonderwijs is schriftelijke toestemming van de docent nodig. Deze toestemming kun je in dit formulier uploaden. Aanmelden voor een of meerdere vakken kan tot uiterlijk 10 werkdagen voor de start van het onderwijs. Hiermee ben je zeker van tijdige toegang tot de online leeromgeving.

Alleen volledig ingevulde formulieren worden in behandeling genomen. Zodra het Onderwijsbureau je inschrijfformulier heeft ontvangen, wordt je aanvraag in ons systeem verwerkt. Het onderwijsbureau stuurt je een factuur. Je inschrijving is pas volledig wanneer de cursusprijs is voldaan. Na betaling word je ingeschreven voor het vak. De prijs is € 125,- per EC voor bachelor- en mastervakken.

You can use this form to apply as a contract student for courses at the School of Religion and Theology. Only completely filled out forms will be taken into consideration. Admission to the course via contract education requires written permission from the teacher. You can upload this permission via this form. You can sign up for one or more courses up to 10 working days before the start of the course. This ensures timely access to the online learning environment.

Once the Education Office has received the form, your application will be processed in our system. The Education Office will send you an invoice. Your enrollment is not complete until the course fee is paid. After payment, you will be enrolled in the course. The price is € 125 per EC for bachelor and master courses.
